• Time is crucial to completing your eyelash extensions. Being late may result in an incomplete set. Please arrive on time. Lashes and Lashes will not accept clients who arrive 20 minutes late or more. You will also be required to pay a last-minute cancellation fee.

• You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining on each eye to be considered a fill. If you can count the number of lashes you have left, you will be charged for a full set.

• Lashes and Lashes has a 3-day guarantee. If you experience excessive lash loss, please let us know so we can fix them right away. You must book your correction appointment within 5 days of your original appointment.

• Appointments can occasionally run over the scheduled time. Please do not book an appointment if you are in a hurry.

• We ask that cell phones be silenced and put away during your appointment.

• Not all lash sets will look the same. Everyone has different eye shapes and a different number of natural lashes. Please do not expect your lashes to look exactly like someone else’s.

• If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. After a second late cancellation, you will be charged the full appointment amount. Frequent cancellations may result in losing the ability to book with Lashes and Lashes. We understand that things happen, but we ask that you book your appointments accordingly.

• No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
